ACD certificate is a mandatory document for all shipments destined to the ports of Yemen, as per the regulations set forth by the Yemen Gulf of Aden Port Corporation.

Please make sure your ECTN number is mentioned on the Bill of Lading and have the valid ECTN latest 1 week before the arrival of the vessel.

Non-compliance will result in penalties and demurrage costs.
